Practice Founder

Kirsty began her career as a therapist while in graduate school, working as a Registered Behavior Technician with children on the autism spectrum. Subsequently, she spent over four years at an inpatient mental health facility, working with underserved populations of all ages.

After her inpatient experience, she transitioned into outpatient therapy in private practice. As Kirsty's expertise grew, she became a clinical supervisor, guiding other therapists in their professional development. She later founded her own practice, Alba Counseling, with a focus on providing a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and therapists.

Kirsty's  journey as a therapist has been marked by growth and dedication to the field, and it has allowed her to make a positive impact on the lives of many. Kirsty specializes in helping young adults navigate life transitions, improve relationship dynamics, and manage stress with confidence and clarity
